I wear the rubber durring hot summer months then the leather when It cools down a bit. I think all Pams look best on a nice thick leather strap. This is true,for the most part rep leather straps are crap. Nothing will ruin the look of your pam more than a cheep leather rep strap. I found the rep rubber pretty good. nlnlnlnene Posted April 2, 2012 Report Share Posted April 2, 2012 I also had the same question. I was going to purchase the noob 111N but wasn't sure whether to buy the rubber or the leather strap. One thing is I have a small wrist and may need to put a new hole in there to fit mine. Which strap is more gen and fits smaller wrists better? Thanks.
