I finally got the pilot bracelet adjusted (no-one told me how hard that would be) and I have just noticed the top rider tab (the one with the pearl in it) is very slightly loose. Are the screws that hold on the rider tabs real? I don't want to take my screwdriver to it if the screw head is non functional. szvwj Posted September 24, 2011 Report Share Posted September 24, 2011 Yes, that screw is real. Tighten it (and the other rider tab screws...just in case) and you'll be fine. The screws that hold the bezel in place (on the Gen) are, on the Replica, fake. Turning them won't do anything. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you have any blue loctite handy I would recommend putting some on all of the rider tab screws as well as the bracelet screws. They have a knack for loosening and finding their way out over time and getting replacement screws and or worse rider tabs is a major PITA. Luv2Watch Posted September 25, 2011 Report Share Posted September 25, 2011 your really not gonna wanna hear this but take it from a fellow bb owner the first thing u need to do with your new bb is locktite every single real screw on the watch.. that means all the tabs on the bezel and all the screws on the bracelet. its not fun and you might think you can get away with not doing the bracelet screws but they really do need to be done.
