Minutes hand tip should just extend to the outer edge of the 5-minute markers. Minutes hand shaft should be subtly narrower than the shaft of the hours hand. The hands' borders should not be as glossy as this photo. Seconds hand diamond at its widest extent should be bisected by the tip of the 6:00 and 9:00 hour indices.
