whoever Posted October 2, 2011 Report Share Posted October 2, 2011 Hi there, i know this is a over and over discussed topic, but why isn't it mandatory to TAG YOUR PICS when you sell something?? I mean, come on! We're on the net, and the net is a great thing, but it also has the appeal to bring our darkest sides come out and SCAM people...... IT TAKES 45seconds top chrono to take a paper and to write the date and your name down...... just yelling in the wind..... had a very bad day.... hope yours was better Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
PeteM Posted October 2, 2011 Report Share Posted October 2, 2011 I know elsewhere its required and yet those same scams you mention happen as much if not more... the requirement is usually to tag a pic but this is then followed by old pics, bad pics, not clear pics etc.. Personally I dont think a tagged pic actually prevents a scammer.... or indeed helps in ascertaining the condition of what you are buying.. However, with some photoshop skills, it is quite easy to create a "tagged picture", but atleast it takes some effort. Same with requireing a minimum number of posts before you can sell.
