Just got my 1680 back from jmb and was fitting the gen bracelet- but I needed another link. Looked around- but I didn't have a space. So, I borrowed a link from my Explorer II bracelet (also gen)- but the link won't screw into my sub bracelet. The screws are different and the Expl II link won't secure- or tighten- when trying to attach it to the bracelet. (Sorry if this isn't clear). I started with an MBW base and he added a gen 127, gen crown/tube, and gen insert. Gen slow beat ETA, Yuki aged dial/hands. Dizzy Posted October 31, 2011 Report Share Posted October 31, 2011 Maybe try a different link. Any hollow 93150 style link should work as long as the gen screw can fit through it. Some of the hollow links arnt as "hollow" as others and the fat screws wont go through. Use the rep screw into the rep link and you should be fine.
