Non-Working Watch: What's Worse?

Hi everyone,

Got a situation with 2 non-working hand-winding watches:

A: Watch A is displaying symptoms of NO winding capabilities and hour + minute hands are not moving.

B: Watch B is winding but the hour hands are loose and running all over the dial when watch is tilted. Second hands are still sweeping.

Which is worse? (in your opinion)
