First Hublot

Hi All,

Very new to this site but it's a life saver already and has saved me from at least 10 scam websites to begin with! I'm after buying my first Hublot Big Bang and wondering if anyone's got any really positive experiences to share, am looking ideally for an all black Big Bang or an Aero Bang. I'd like Rose Gold but I think for my job and every day wear it's maybe a bit too much so all black suits me better.

If anyone could share any tips that would be amazing, and what I am looking out for in terms of price and quality. So far I'm seeing them at roughly $350/380 + shipping which isn't the end of the world, then there are some places for $800/900 which I just don't have haha.

I always bought mine from Kingshowbox and Puretimewatch.

both are reputable dealer.

and i think the hublots are from the same factory/source.

I was chatting to a good friend on here... who is IMHO a very knowledgeable guy especially when it comes to HBs

He suggested a couple of HBs to me of the recent ones.... The HB latest SS or SS with ceramic...

Closest to gen OTB.... to make it spot on then a little mod to the crystal height and possibly AR

+1. Go with the latest for a relatively no brainier. Anything else will likely require significant incremental work. And IMHO gold is ridiculous unless you are that rich.

If anyone has any tips on which is likely to come out better that'd be great - I've been looking around on the Hublot site and have a feeling that this version of the all black with this face isn't a current model that they make?

i have these two hbb the model number is: 301.SM.1770.RX and 301.CI.1190.GR.ABB09.....let me tell you that both are the best OTB hublot you can find..
