21J movement

I'm interested in rolex daytona with 21J movement which has second hands both @center and @6.

Contacted Mary and she said it is difficult to freeze center hand... but some said its possible.

Is it possible? and if so, who can do that??

I have one of these movements on the back back burner on my bench. I think the problem is in dealing with the 4th wheel that drives the center seconds and 6:00 subdial. You cant freeze the 4th wheel so it would take some real creativity I think. Also, these movements are not like an ETA and are not as friendly to disassemble to get to it.
