I've got a problem on one of my lugs. The screw won't screw down anymore, seems the wire is damaged.

How can I repair this?

What wire? Do you mean the thread?

Sometimes the better quality aftermarket pins have better more substantial threads which will bite where the replica ones won't. Its worth trying before you write off the case.

Have already tried that, won't do the job.
