1675 vs 16750

Are the hands for a 1675 the same as the hands for the 16750?

I think the hands changed when they changed to the 3075 from the 1575. I believe when they upgraded the movement, they changed the handstack order.

That is correct. The 16750 changed the hand stack to having the hour hand mounted first, then GMT hand, as opposed to the 1675 and 6542 that had the GMT hand mounted first. So they had different size holes.
