I always thought the more widely known Newman Daytonas were too loud/busy looking for my taste; been in a conversation with Spinmaster for a while now and finally fell in love with one & took the plunge. The above pics are just a sneak preview of what he's going to assemble for me (it will be the proper band, DW case & hands, upgraded movement, etc.). Decided not to go for the gen crown & crystal as they really don't mean that much to me, being that I genuinely like it exactly as is, to be completely honest. Anyway, I know it's been a year (or two) *cough* since I've actually done a proper pictorial, but as soon as I receive the piece I'll give it a thorough review, heavy on the pics as usual. Enjoy!
