yes - the buyer is reputable..i bought 2 movements from the same guy in a RWI group buy earlier this year...but both were more decorated then this one...price was around 150 euros if i recall right...

i also checked the guy's feedback and he sold a couple of other eta 7750 for 150 euros and received good feedback...

there's no decoration on these...so they are basic eta...the ones i bought were decorated...
