Cost of the AP ROO Reps

So I have now read every post I can about the AP ROO reps. I really want one. So far all fot he reps I have bought have been from Andrew at Trusty Time and since every transaction has been flawless i would like to stick with him. However, he has about 83 different AP ROO "Ultimates" on his site. Anyone mind taking a swing over and reccomending one. Also, to get a top AP Roo rep am I looking at close to $500 any way you slice it? Are there any good ones in the $300 range. The wife might not be thrilled with another 500 purchase.

No way to avoid the $500 price tag without going to the second hand market. Study carefully before buying. Later models will have better date placement, date font and even crystals.

If you want to go for a model that's a year old or more, then you can get "seconds at 9" in stead of the proper "seconds at 12"

That's one of the later models, seconds at 12! Nothing wrong with this model at all...
