Where can I get one of those rings that goes between the [1665] bezel and its case?

I have an old MBW 1665 and I was wondering why the bezel was so loose. Well it turns out it doesn't have anything between the bezel and case. Anyone know where to get one?

There's supposed to be a washer between your retention/compression ring and bezel which I don't see. Clark has them on fleabay - nostalgia2000
