Looks great indeed! I wonder how is movement decoration? Is it engraved? I tried to get one from DSN around XMas but he was out of stock till Feb at least. Who did you get it from?

I received my new 217 yesterday and I have to agree, bye bye to the last generations of these watches. The crystal, case (316f makes a noticeable difference), lume and even the movement are all dramatically better.

Overall its a decent rep OTB and far better overall than any other OTB version and apart from the other flaws I have to agree with W..... that crystal just aint right though it looks better in your thread... its still a step back or rather a disappointment to me personally... Yes shape is better but distortion is a clear flaw on the wrist... in the way the crystal reshapes the numerals and the LSML....

it is from angus at puretime, the crystal is a hit or miss, it depends on luck. out of 4 watches i received 1 pc with good crystal and no distortions but the rest has a slight distortion to them
