Marv1n Posted October 30, 2006 Report Posted October 30, 2006 Hi, If you're looking for a strap for a Panerai, look at http://www.paneristi.com/straps/index.html as there are a ton of decent sources there. Personally, I've bought from TCStraps.com and have found them to be a very decent value. Also, check out http://www.europelli.com/ for very decent straps. Every once in a while Drew has some gators that are outstanding. Good luck!

Quarks Posted October 31, 2006 Report Posted October 31, 2006 Alligators & Croc straps are very tricky. Among the vast diverse collections I have seen so far, only a handful of them caught my eye. Most of them have this typical low quality appearance at first glance, some look like plastic straps and others, simply too fake to pull off as a croc or alligator (even though it is claimed to be a genuine croc/ alligator strap). These straps IMO must possess that 'wow' factor in it and these straps with the 'wow' factor is a rarity. I have managed to pick a fabulous one up last week and fits nicely on my 187. I discovered a maker that has a similar hide. Just placed a custom order from the strapmaker which will take about 2-3weeks. Will post pics soon. I cant wait for it to arrive.

js4tda Posted November 1, 2006 Report Posted November 1, 2006 Can anyone suggest a band for the IWC Jones? I have all three versions of this rep but does not get any wrist time due to the bands they came with. Would Thornton work? And which colors should I get for the three rep version?
