I have the 4th gen PO, and there are a few light dings/scratches that somehow found their way into my bezel. Does anyone know if you can polish these out? Otherwise, anyone know how hard it is to swap bezels? For some reason this watch doesn't thrill me anymore, and the cosmetic dings aren't helping Thanks in advance, M

I managed to get spots in the AR on a Gen Breitling I own, and to correct it I removed all the AR with a Cape Cod cloth and some elbow grease.

Guys, Like the IWCs before them, the JLC reps don't seem to get much press on the boards. I'm currently looking for a nice JLC to add to the stable, but know very little about these reps. Has anyone done a review of the JLC reps, or does anyone have some first hand wisdom to pass on? Thanks!

That Brequet is outstanding, gets my vote. My 2nd choice was the Zenith. I like them both, but I'd give a kidney for a good quality rep of that Brequet. Beyond that, thanks to RT and Co. for even asking the community what we'd like to see produced. Just another reason this place is special.

I had the exact same thing happen to a Gen Breitling - drove me nuts. It looks like the watch is always dirty. The way I fixed it was to buff off the external coating on the crystal with Cape Cod and a dremel. Good luck

When looking at a GMT rep, what does it mean when it says "GMT HAND: Yes (Self adjustable via screw crown)" Are there some reps that this is not the case? Do most GMT's actually work (function) and accurately show another time zone? I'm currently in the market for a vintage Explorer 2 - if anyone has recommendations, it's appreciated!

Hi, If you're looking for a strap for a Panerai, look at http://www.paneristi.com/straps/index.html as there are a ton of decent sources there. Personally, I've bought from TCStraps.com and have found them to be a very decent value. Also, check out http://www.europelli.com/ for very decent straps. Every once in a while Drew has some gators that are outstanding. Good luck!
