custom built watch

hi im looking for someone to help make me a custom watch with cad. new case and maybe a new movement. do i have to go to TW and have it made or is there some one here in the us that can cad it out and then find someone like bk to cut the glass and install a eta in it. i like to start a new watch co. call the Zwatch. by luigi zupito thanks and god bless
