Watch inbound into customs at Lax since Feb 9. What's happening?

My watch is stuck in Lax customs since Feb 9. Any one having the same issue? Any opinion? Should I contact the dealer. I ordered the watch from Angus-Puretime Watch.

I had my last package in Customs for 9 days. 9x longer than usual.

Thanks for the info, Jkay. I hope this is just a delay. I ordered so many watches, about40+, from our TD since 2007 and it usually takes about 1 day to clear customs. The last took 5 days just after CNY last month.

What site are you using to track? EMS site usually stops working once you reach the destination country, try the USPS tracker instead.

http://www.PackagetrackR.com lets you track everything at once. And yes ... once the package hits the USA, switch to the USPS track, not the EMS track.

I personally think you are safe, I had one in Customs on Lax for 12 days. I received the watch yesterday!

Rarely do watches get "kept" in customs because they are reps, it just usually happen...

Give it a few more days and you will find your watch on it's way to your door..

I used usps tracking. Very frustrated, something is wrong. I hope mine is not confiscated by the customs. That will be the start of a nightmare for our hobby.

Guys, just checked usps tracking showing outbound of customs, hopefully it'll arrive tomorrow. Thanks for all the help.

You can use usps web site to track your package since "acceptance" in china, you will see "out of custom" soon give it a few more days.
