A better pic of the pearl would help but the font and markers look a bit skinny.

Based on that single pic it doesn't look gen to me.....especially the "5".

Looks like a gen slim font/ service lumi insert to me. But a better pic (and one of the back side too) would not hurt.

I'd agree with Mode. Most reps also have poor spacing of the tick marks on either side of the 10. Almost always too close.

it looks like a service lumi, but the numbers also look too thin..hmmm
