mrjohan Posted March 18, 2012 Report Posted March 18, 2012 I'm trying to remove the stem from this movement. I've gently pushed the red circled pusher and tried to pull out the crown and stem. Nothing happens. The stem doesn't move at all. Do I do something wrong? What can I do different? By the way. Anyone know what movement this can be? Sold as an Asian 21J. It's stamped "2838". Justasgood Posted March 18, 2012 Report Posted March 18, 2012 pull crown out to the setting position and then press down firmly while pulling the crown/stem out.

Jkay Posted March 18, 2012 Report Posted March 18, 2012 Sometimes you must gently turn the crown as you pull it. Do not press that button too hard (deep) or you will unhook the workings of the keyless system.
