Tag Grand Carrera calibre 8

I am wondering if anyone knows where I can get this replica without that little. Circular mark on the outside casing at like 10' o'clock..

I love this watch, but looked at every store and nobody has it without that mark which makes it easy to recognize as a replica. Any thought?

I think the rep calibre 8 are all 21J which will have the quick date set on the side. Not sure but my theory.
