Best Diamond Daydate/Datejust Mother of Pearl?

Hey everyone,

My mother has decided she would like to get herself a rep and has settled on a stainless steel/white gold datejust or daydate with a round cut diamond bezel, and a white mother of pearl dial with diamond hour markers...

I've had a look around on trusty and Joshua's sites but can only find one with a square cut bezel, does anyone know who has the best available model?

I believe that those dealers will build any combination of DJ for you, if you ask. They have barrels of parts laying around for those.
