DW Case and Tube 703

Could you please tell me where to find a tube 703 than fit DW case 6263

My gen tube does not fit (to large)

have you tried dw himself? otherwise one of the trusted whatchsmiths could rework the case to fit the gen one. do you have any photos of the case hole where the tube should fit?
