He lied about the movement, I think it is the Seagull clone of the 2824-2 (not that bad). Not sure about the dial and hands. Dial looks ok, I have a gen T dial to compaire. Don't know about the hands though. Maybe an expert can gime in. I will use this to make a real XV once I have managed to source a case for it.
