Question of the day: Can a reversing wheel be CNC-ed?

So, I have a beautiful Tudor watch that's powered by the infamous Tudor 390. I need reversing wheels. I've managed to find 1. My watchmaker says he can make it work with one, but he'd prefer two, that way the life of the parts will be extended. My question is, can I use the one brand new part to have one CNCed? I don't know enough about how all of that works. Also, what do you think the cost of this would be? Oh, if anyone has some Tudor 390 parts out there, I'd much appreciate some help. Here are some macro pictures of what the part looks like. I'll let the pros tell me!
