16803 Crystal Gasket + TC vs Clark

Hi im ordering a replacment crystal for my gen 16803 and was wondering if the gasket size is 2.7mm like the 16610 or if its another size ? Another thing is im thinking of going with the Clark since its $30 with shipping and ships from the US the TC is $75 with shipping and ships from china is the TC really that much better to justify the $45 diffrence and longer shipping time if it is then I dont mind going TC
