hambone Posted July 23, 2012 Report Share Posted July 23, 2012 Cartel is a term made up by another website in relation to two watch dealers who some say are price fixing the rep market. They also were associated with Pablo Escobar. DSN is an abreviation for Davidsen., a trusted dealer here, as are the alleged "cartel " members.
