swiss 7750, where to buy?

I am looking into the possibility of replacing asia7750, non chrono, inside a pam104 noob, with a Swiss movement. Are they drop in replacement? Where to buy these Swiss movement?

Scan the bay for eta 7750 or look at sites like Cousins UK, Ofrei or Esslinger. Have no idea on amount of work needed, i.e if seconds pinions are of same size etc...

7750 is not a module based chrono. generally folks remove the sub-dial pinions. Any competent watchsmith can do this easily.
