Does anyone mind helping me with these QC pics?

I'm not exactly sure what to look for. The dealer did tell me not to post these to the forums, and I know it's bad form, but I could really use another set of eyes to look at them. I don't want to be petty but am I crazy for thinking the hand alignment is off (mins too far right)?

Now if you want a list of where this rep falls short of the gen then thats a different question...
