What do I need to modify to make this watch better looking:

What I'm going to mod:

- superlume

- correct thin hour hand

- pearl mod

Anything else?

im not sure what else can really be done to these besides what you already said.

i guess if you really wanted to take it apart you could fit a TC datewheel

Are you doing these mods yourself? You could perhaps also have the cyclop AR treated. I've seen that done a couple of times on the rep gmt c which uses the same case and crystal as the rep sub c. Keep in mind though that the rep sub c is not the best base if you are going for great accuracy. Still a great looking watch with or without mods.
