Sub 6538

Hi, this is my first time writing in this forum, but I been a member for a year now. I love subs, it was one of my first watches. I been looking for a good 6538 big crown, does anybody have one that can post pictures of it and tell me a little more about how this replicas stand up against other vintage subs. The 1680 that puretime has look great. I will appreciate your comments. Thanks.

I agree with Andy, use the search function to your advantage. lots and lots of great info here.

I'm not sure about the 6538. The only ones around are the ones from the dealers here, and from what I've seen and experienced myself, they aren't too great. They use non genuine like construction on the case and bezel, so genuine and good aftermarket parts need a lot of adapting to work. Read some of the threads about 6538 construction, then make up your mind what direction you want to go
