I Like the Swap

If just got a new Franken 3717 and immediately slapped a gen kevlar stap on her. In the box was a gen Zenith Pilot Chrono. I wondered what the kevlar would look like on the Zenith - and - the tan croc on the 3717 (which I'd seen on others 3717 and really liked). Oddly, I find I not only like the tan croc better on the IWC, but I also like the kevlar better on the Zenith. The Zenith's dial is not quite as dark as the 3717 and the very black of the kevlar actually lead the eye toward the Pilot nicely (in the photo it looks like the kevlar is lighter but in person it's not). As the for IWC, I've just always liked the tan against that face. Think I'll keep them switched myself.

Gen... the 3717 is ALL gen.... part of the "if you can see it, it's gen".

Yeah, a pretty sweet movement... powered the early Daytonas.

I figured it was gen. My rep DW sux balls after looking at yours. I need to ask vac if he can mod it to look like yours.

If it fits, I think a tan Big Pilot strap with the two rivets would look even better on yours.
