lalalobster
Hey guys, I bought a PAM 029 with an A2836 GMT movement and my GMT hand seems to have stopped working. Is there anyone here on the forums able to service/repair it? Date wheel is working fine, and the watch still ticks. The GMT hand advances when I set the time. It does not seem to advance on its own under normal operation. Edited October 1, 2012 by lalalobster

lalalobster
I solved the problem! Advance the date to one day before current. Set the GMT at the hour you want relative to the hour hand. Then advance the time one day to the current time and it will fix it!
freshtripe
This worked for me too! Having probs with my 1675 GMT hand (asian ETA clone movement), but tried this trick and all OK (so far at least...)
