offshore Posted October 6, 2012 Report Share Posted October 6, 2012 Guys, I have been using for 1 month now, a new CC processor called Paymate on the Go. http://www.paymate.com/cms/ It is simply a system like Pay Pal, however they supply a swipe reader, which you plug into the aerial of your smart phone.(Works with limited models) Its the easiest thing, you insert the reader, turn up the volume to full, open their app, and swipe the card. The client can sign with their finger on touch screen, and the following day, funds are in your account less 2.25% The reader cost $20.00, which is a damn sight better than the $50/month I was paying for an EFTPOS machine! Admittedly it only offers CC processing, however my transactions were nearly all CC anyway. It appears that PP are also about to offer a similar system. Bloody amazing technology.
