Gen Strap on Aquanaut Jumbo

Hi all,

does anyone know if a Gen rubber strap would fit on the 5167 Jumbo Aquanaut. I wish to get one but dont want to buy it for nothing.

Also is it worth it ?

Don't have a clue, but I'm pretty happy with the rep rubber on mine.

Are the new ultimate rg and black dial aquanuts sold by our TDs all fantasy reps? Can't find it in the patek website and online dealers that sell patek.

The rose gold/brown dial exists in gen form

The steel/black dial exists in gen form

The Pvd varieties do not exist in gen form.

The blue dial varieties do not exist in gen form.

....afaik!

Also OP, what's wrong with the rep strap, it's pretty damn good as rep straps go, soft and stays lint free...and a nice vanilla smell

I love the rep strap but when i compared it to the gen I noticed how different the gen felt.

I was just curious in perhaps updating my aquanaut with the strap
