There is no real difference between a breitling ETA7750 and any other chronometer ETA7750 apart from the engraving

They are more likely to be A7750 with a fake Breitling rotor than Valjoux 7750 with a fake breitling rotor, if that makes any sense. What I mean is, if the movement is ETA and priced reasonably, why go to the effort of putting a fake Breitling rotor on, unless you are trying to inflate the price which they don't appear to be doing ($325.00 seams reasonable for a used 7750, I think) My, rather valueless, opinion :p it's probably real and probably from a Breitling, Calibre 13 - Chronomat Evolution or SuperOcean Chrono.
