Did they ever rep this ROO case?

Bead-blasting will get the PVD off but will also change the surface (brushed and polished) of the watch whereas chemical removing won´t touch the existing finish.

It would be more easy to approach one of our trusted dealers and ask them to source an EoD case BEFORE the PVD will be processed!

I know of at least two folks who tried unsuccessfully who had picked up the earlier model gen dials but it never hurts to ask again. :)

I have done this mod and bead blasting does not remove all of the pvd. I can also tell you the pvd hardens the case so when drilling the new crown tube one will need a special drill. A special watchmaker up north can handle such request as he has done one successfully.. :-)
