Been looking a long time for a 3717. Not really looking for anything vac modded, just something simple and priced around $250. Anyone? I suppose at this point, I should just look to the cartel...

I dont think you will find this, because most people who buy a 3717 mod it (including me) or go franken. Simply because it is an amazing watch. Add $130 to your budget and you will be able buy a brand new one from any TD.
