Rolex Explorer On Andrew's Site...

How are the Newbie Rolex Explorers on Andrew's site?  Are they a decent rep?   They come with the asian 21J movement and are fairly cheap.  I am looking for one to wear golfing.  I usually wear an older Steve Mcqueen but have noticed I need to get it serviced a bit more frequently then I would like.  Just wondering how they compare to the real thing..
