PAM187 - quick date set broken!

What a sad day!!!! Today the whole quick date set thing fell out of my 187. What to do now? How can it be fixed? Anybody else had the the problem? Sent from an 

I do not know what to do, however am a tad concerned as mine arrives tomorrow! How did this happen please? did it just fall off?
