PAM 308 Regatta Crown guard lever

I'm normally to be found over on the Rolex forum so please be nice to a PAM Novice! Josh owed me a refund on an old purchase and for a change I fancied a Panerai. So I've gone for one of the H Factory Regatta 308 models. Now I'm a stickler for detail and I did notice that the Gen doesn't have the 'Roller ball' Lever in the crown guard. Sorry not sure what the technical term for this is! But What i need to know is can i source a plain one from one of the after market Panerai guys on one of the forums?

There isn't one out there for the chronograph models by any major factory but you can get a DSN Daylight CG for $50 and reshape its lever to fit. It's a lot of work though.
