Rob4092
I have posted a little about my recent experience with a very highly respected dealer here on RWI. I purchased two SS Subs for X-mas in December. Within one week, both were broken! One wouldn't switch dates and the other had the pearl fall out and then the something inside break where you could here it rattling around. I spoke with the "Trusted Dealer" many times via e-mail. Nice guy, but would not budge on replacing either watch even though they were only one week old. Finally agreed I would send them to Spain at my cost (I am in Arizona) for repair (wasn't cheap!). Got them back two weeks ago and the metal latch buckle on the gridlock bracelet on one of the Subs broke off and is now gone. I have worn these watches a total of three weeks in the over three months I have owned them. I haven't revealed the TD's name as I want to give him/her another chance to make this right. Even so, my patience is now very thin for obvious reasons. Note: I work inside and "shuffle paper." I do not work outside nor have outdoor hobbies that would be hard on these watches. In other words, they are still in mint condition but have broken once, and now one has broken a second time. I have purchased many reps over the years. I have never, ever had one break! I have one sub that is over ten years old and still runs like new. Advice?
JoeyB
Contact Admin on RWI and have them deal with the Trusted Dealer. That's what they advertise their worth as.

SSTEEL
Sorry to hear of your issues, but you saying this... I have purchased many reps over the years. I have never, ever had one break! I have one sub that is over ten years old and still runs like new. Advice? You have been very very lucky in a decade of buying reps, and it was only a matter of time until you experienced issues.
