Which Tag for a first high quality rep

I'm torn between a Tag Link 16 and the Tag 1887 from Mary @ watcheinternational. I have had some ordinary reps in the past before discovering this forum and as a first watch i'd like something that looks simple and also a bit classy. Both these watches are similar but different at the same time, and i know i'll end up getting both but what is everyone elses personal preference?

Thanks, yeah the day date was originally my favourite. might have to get all 3 haha. Thinking a Panerai 111 for that clean classy look, and a Tag for a bit more street wear and not as formal as a panerai appears

The Cal. 1887 is a poor rep, I would avoid this if I were you. go for a Calibre 16 Carrera or Link. Consider the Calibre 17 Grand Carrera aswell, looks great in stainless with black dial.
