nikki6
I was just about to say exactly that!! They're wicked fast, but you're almost guaranteed to get a nice wee note saying "please allow us to bend you over your table and shaft you for £?!; thank you please!!"Sixx. SSTEEL
ONE DAY?!? Thats amazingly fast, and has to be a record!
fraggle42
Do they assume in cases like this that the watches are genuine and charge you customs duties on the full gen price? I'd hate to get a demand for 20% of a gen £50,000 price (£10,000) for a $350 rep!
panerai153
I have to agree with you about the speed. But, with speed comes a price and as several have mentioned, you may get hit with a pretty hefty customs bill, after the fact. FedEx operates it's own customs clearance within the confines of their distribution centers. They don't fool around with the US Customs Service or those from other countries as well, however they keep a good relationship with the government customs services by raising lots of money for each government. that's what politicians want, more money!! Very little gets by customs. i have gotten several new Doxa watches over the years, and they always ship FedEx from Switzerland. I believe that out of 3 i bought, one got through without me having to pay any duty, the other two came in and a week or two later, I got a letter from FedEx, billing me for the customs duty. whoever
Its actually not a watch, neither gen or rep. It's another hobby i'm in, gen this time, but they always declare value under 30$. So i guess i'll be lucky on this! i hope!
