Building proces of 2 Rolex 1675's

The build has started.

I am building two 1675's, one for myself and one for DocThor.

Ingredients are:

Cartel 1655 case with low beat DG movement

Clark bezel assembly

Ingod44 dial

Gen 116 plexi

RafflesTime hand set

Don't know about the crown and tube, wait to see how the rep is.

The dial just arrived

Since I am a lumatic I think I will relume it to a nice ivory vintage color what will glw during night. But I am not sure about this. What do you think?

I will take the second from the left. They all will become a bit darker when mixed with binder.

The base watches arrived today.

One for me;

The case modding starts.

First the rough outline of material that has to go.

After one hour with the Dremel the first result.

Still in unpolished shape.

What do you guy's think? Am I getting the shape of a 1675?

Got a problem, on both movements the pin on witch you put the seconds hand on broke as soon I touched it.

This makes the movements worthless. Had to order two new ones from Ken. This will slowdown the project.
