I've had the new diver v 4.1 Asian eta for over 2 weeks now and recently the second hand just randomly stops. If I pull the crown out it starts working again but sometimes stops again when I screw it back in. Any idea what's happening?

Asian ETA sounds so strange, what crazy terminology the dealers use. Is it an ASIAN 2836??

Faulty movements is a pain in the as. bad luck.

Not sure what the problem is with you movement, but you have to send it to service or retur it to the dealer. No easy fix me thinks.

Sounds like the stem could be ever so slightly too long, and during your time wearing it, the movement may of moved slightly, exaggerating the problem.

Is there a quick fix for this or do I need to remove the whole movement etc?

I've also been advised it may be in a bind.

I would contact the dealer. First and foremost. This isn't a can I fix it myself situation. The deadlier should be helpful and perhaps exchange for you. You may choose to explore repair services as well. I've had several watches for 3 and 4 year with no issue but I've also had issue. Currently my silver theme is not keeping good time. My dealer offered to let me send it back to him. I'm trying to find local assistance before I do that but if you just purchased this item, the dealer is the way to go.
