lolz123 Posted October 10, 2013 Report Posted October 10, 2013 I found a watch maker who i will be meeting up with who says he's comfortable with repairing replica watches and can fix a7750 movements "with his eyes closed". However, i did not ask him about servicing. I assume that repair does not mean the same as servicing? Also, after i told him I had an AP second at 12 and tried explaining to him the situation. I am not quite sure if he understands that it's modded. Is there a huge change from a a7750and a modded sec@12 that would be quite different or would he catch on pretty quick? Thanks,
freddy333 Posted October 10, 2013 Report Posted October 10, 2013 Unless someone is making up their own dictionary, (watch) repairing & servicing are synonymous. The seconds @ 6 7750 simply has an additional plate with a few wheels on top of the main plate (click here for pics). Any watchmaker fluent in 7750 repair (or servicing) should be able to figure it out without much trouble.
