nardis
Hi. I've been a member for quite a while but I started collecting just recently. These days I've been eyeing on AP ROO diver v4.1 but there seems to be v5 that came out recently. Looks like we will need some time to get feedback and reviews about v5 but just wanted to know what you experts opinions are as of now. Which version should I go for If I want to buy one now? Legend
Hello! It would seem to me that you are one of the longest standing member on RWG that I've come across! And 15 posts! Anyway, I have been looking at the same watch, and it would seem that the 4.1 inner bezel numbers come across as more accurate than the v5. The v5 seems too thick to me vs the gen. That was one thing I noticed off the bat, and owners of both versions would be able to chime in much more usefully.
sigfrieds
the main problem of the V5 is the case running asymmetric in both sides, the left side is a bit thicker, when you compare it side by side vs a noob V3.5 or V4.1, you will see the difference
nardis
Thanks for the input. That explains why there's not much hype with v5. I might have to wait for now.
