Need help with watch repair

I purchased a submariner watch from Andrew a couple of years back and love it. The other day I went to wind it up and the dial broke off or the small shaft broke because the peice came out of the watch. It piece consists of the wind up dial [censored] and shaft with the gasket.

 

Is there anyone from the boards that work on these????

Sounds like your stem snapped, and part is still in the crown?  A photo would help.
